Acceptance of Terms. By using https://evelynshousecleaning.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service Description. This Site describes House Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning provided by Evelyn’s House Cleaning. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Evelyn’s House Cleaning or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination. Evelyn’s House Cleaning may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
As-Is Basis. https://evelynshousecleaning.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Evelyn’s House Cleaning makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation. In no event will Evelyn’s House Cleaning's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evelyn’s House Cleaning from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Law and Venue. CA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CA.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
